    Support action, match roles and partners, gather evidence, reflect and adapt.

The journey is collaborative and may loop back as people learn. The people closest to the problem must shape the decisions.

Who this is for

For people with the knowledge, relationships and commitment to make a solution useful: young people, champions, educators, universities, creative practitioners and organisations. The work begins with local knowledge, not a template imposed from outside.

What makes the studio different

86400 is human-led impact infrastructure: a way to curate problems, ideas, tools, champions and learning so people can develop and run their own solutions. We are not a traditional consultancy that does every project itself, a custom AI developer by default, or a single-issue organisation.

We start with rented tools and simple workflows. We bring in custom technology only when repeated, verified use shows it is needed.
